“I’m a local resident and I just wanted to stay in South Beach for two nights, and I’m so glad I chose this hotel. I had a truly special stay, thanks to the incredible staff. Hugo went above and beyond, ensuring every detail was perfect, and he, Natan, and everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Their exceptional customer service made me feel welcomed from check-in to check-out. I felt really taken care of. The location is absolutely perfect with being right on Lincoln Road, with everything I wanted just a stroll away. And for the price, nothing beats it! The only minor drawback was that the rooms felt a bit outdated, and the TV only had cable channels. But with the fantastic staff, amazing location, and great value, I would definitely recommend! “Great location at a reasonable price! Nathan at the reception was very friendly and helpful. I arrived at 9am and he got me a room upgrade for early check in without any extra cost. The breakfast menu is good and the omelet is very tasty!”

“Had a really pleasant stay here! I didn’t expect much because it’s relatively lower in price than other South Beach hotels, but I was pleasantly surprised. At checkin they kindly upgraded us to a larger room. It was clean, mostly quiet, and the staff (especially Hugo, Natan and Joel!!!) were so so helpful and kind interacting with them. The hotel has a basic gym, free coffee and water which was excellent. They gave us beach towels and chairs since the pool was under renovation. The location was also excellent. Thank you for treating us very well here.”

“The ONLY reason I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 star is because of the second shift or night shift front desk male. He was not understanding of my medical condition(Clostorphopic) and once I asked for a different room he lied straight to my face and said they were sold out for the night but I got on Expedia and they had plenty of rooms available for that night. I asked for a manager and he stated I had to speak with him because one wasn’t there. He made a call and all of a sudden I was moved to a different room (But they were sold out )Other than that incident the location is so perfect to the beach and restaurants. The room was nice for me and my daughter. The morning staff Hugo (I believe) and Joel were sooo nice and helpful during my checkout process. I had to make sure I left a review just for them.”

The location was also perfect — close to restaurants, shops, and public transport, making it easy to explore the area. Breakfast had a great variety of options and everything was fresh and delicious. What stood out the most was the overall atmosphere: relaxing, welcoming, and well-organized. It truly felt like a high-quality experience from check-in to check-out.
